Saging Your Home

If you moved into a previously owned home, if you or your family have been sick, if things haven’t been going well for you or your family lately, or if you feel depressed, then saging can really benefit you. Saging is an ancient Native American tradition where I burn a smudge stick (made of sage) throughout each room to fill up the rooms with smoke to change the energy. It is very effective.
